The Butler's work is worth it by brob2 on 11-02-09 (07:57AM) Pros: Personalized professional service Cons: none I have taken all my cars to Greg Butler's Auto for some time now. I've recommended my friends who have taken their cars to Greg's and every time the job gets done right and has been very reasonable. The hardest thing about finding a good mechanic/auto body shop is knowing who to trust. Greg and his team are the best in the business and I'd trust them with anything. Their service is phenomenal and their prices are great!

Let the Butler Do It! by ricg on 11-02-09 (11:07AM) Pros: Keeping your vehicle on the road and looking good. Cons: none I've known Greg for many years and I've seen countless jobs he's done on everything from horse trailers to show cars. No matter what it is, Greg puts his heart and talent into it and the results are always top notch. Greg also has a dedicated professional auto technician who can make my "Check Engine" light go away.

Pros: Everything about Greg and his work is positive! Cons: Absolutely none. I inherited a "junkyard eligible" 1982 Dodge Rampage from my father in 2008. Dad used it as his farm vehicle, and it was in bad shape inside, outside, underneath...you get the picture. However, because it held such good memories for me, I couldn't bear to part with it. Among those memories is Dad teaching my son Eric to drive in the Rampage. Eric, all grown up now, recommended I call Greg, who had done work on some of Eric's vehicles. Greg completely restored the Rampage mechanically and cosmetically, including new upholstery, head liner, carpet, and a gleaming, gorgeous paint job. His attention to detail is astounding and has produced a result better than I ever thought possible. Greg is honest to a fault, which is something I highly value. I know next to nothing about cars, so it's important to me to be able to trust anyone who works on my vehicles. Needless to say, I trust Greg implicitly to not take advantage of me by doing something unnecessary, or by doing a mere "that's good enough" kind of job. I am thrilled with the results, and I know Dad would be too.

Posted by dgrubstein on 11/24/2009 I was referred to Greg Butler by my sister after I was in an auto accident. Being referred to a business is much more important to me than how big the ad is or what some company is offering. My sister told me how hard working and ethical he was. The fact that Greg is self employed meant even more to me. I am determined to always work with someone who is self employed vs. a big company. Even though I live near Portland, OR and Greg's business is in Jefferson, the distance was not an issue. He made it very easy for me and offered to come pick the vehicle up. He was attentive, professional and most importantly.. personable. He gave me a timeline for the job and stuck to it. The work is great, he cleaned my car and handled everything with my insurance as well as the rental car company. I highly recommend Greg Butler's Auto Body! Very satisfied!

Tie Rods

At Greg Butler's Auto Body we know driving enthusiasts in Jefferson demand more of their high-performance cars and trucks. When you turn a corner on Jefferson streets your front wheels pivot on steering knuckles connected to the steering rack. Your wheels are connected by the tie rod to the drag link bar to provide safety and handling in a turn. High-performance tie bars boast micro-adjustment options to make height and length adjustments between the tie rod and the wheel. The tie rod end that connects to the steering knuckle is susceptible to wear and failure with aggressive driving. Failure can throw off the car's alignment in a tight curve when the chassis of a car is under the most stress. High performance tie bar ends offer precision manufactured ball bearings to reduce wear and critical failures.

Wheelie Bars

These simple anti-roll devices look like casters connected to the rear bumper by long bars of flexible Chromoly tubing. Let Greg Butler's Auto Body be a part of your race team and install wheelie bars when you are ready to race. Wheelie bars take over in a skid and progressively unload the energy of the tire to keep a car right side up. Ready to add this important safety option to your car? Call Greg Butler's Auto Body at 541-327-7756 and let's talk wheelie bars.
